Below you will find a timetable of all classes we offer at The Hive, CrossFit Bury. We aim to provide a wide range of class times to allow training possible for everyone. The Hive Bury’s Gym timetable will flex and adjusted on client demands. Please check the latest amended timetable straight on the booking app. Please also let us know if you are keen to see other class times, this information will be logged!

Our CrossFit classes are functional and interval style training that incorporates strength cycles and shorter bouts of conditioning. Everyday is a new, challenging combination of barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, gymnastic, and cardio movements guaranteed to push your fitness to the next level/make you stronger, faster, and leaner. People who do this program want to build strength, gain muscle, and like the technical side training with the incorporation of gymnastic skills and Olympic lifting.

Team up is a very useful way of reserving a spot on your desired class and helps us to manage our class sizes to give you the best experience.
