CrossFit Bury is run by Frenchi and Aimee whose aim is to create a fun, friendly atmosphere to train where you'll see great results and enjoy yourself along the way.

Coach Frenchi landed in the UK in 2011 to take a role as high speed performance test engineer for British car manufacturers and found CrossFit as a perfect fit to his lifestyle. His passion turned into a full time career, coaching and training people in becoming stronger, healthier and happier versions of themselves.
CrossFit Bury was born.
Frenchi shares his members’ joy in their first “a-ha” moment – he loves celebrating that significant moment when a member reaches their first goal. To him each goal met is monumental and looks forward to being a part of many more of these moments.
AIMée - BOX MUM!
You will mainly find her supporting Frenchi with the day-to-day running of CrossFit Bury, as well as training hard herself at the box. As a new mum, she is now back into training under the careful eye of her hubby.
Aimée is a foodie and she will give you inspiration with her healthy and tasty recipes via her Instagram feed @aims_eats.
Coach OJ a former British Paratrooper turned security consultant, instilled with unparalleled commitment, drive and determination through robust training perimeters and gruelling standards with an ever equal desire to impart similarly high standards throughout the crossfit community.
An avid follower of fitness and maintaining physical conditioning, he found Crossfit whilst living in Australia and have been smitten ever since. 3+ years on and having reached many goals (still with many others to attain) have decided to help others on the same journey and beyond through coaching and building bonds and maintaining CrossFit standards.
Kei has been a member of CrossFit Bury from the early beginning. After 2 years and a half training with us, he decided to take his passion to the next level and get his CrossFit Level 1 qualification.
He enjoys the competitive element of CrossFit and train hard himself.
